Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that children have countless opportunities to learn through the positive interactions and valuable experiences that they encounter every day with us here at Sakura Daycare Early Preschool.
Since 2003, Sakura Daycare Early Preschool, a Japanese-Spanish immersion daycare, has been caring for children ages 3 months to 5 years old. Located in the Oakland Hills neighborhood, our licensed in-home daycare has a compassionate staff who enjoys teaching and playing with children.
Every day, we serve homecooked meals thrice and delicious snacks twice. Our program includes a lot of fun indoor and outdoor activities such as gymnastics, music, cooking, art class, and self-defense. We also have a Circle Time which is when the little ones can enjoy singing Japanese children songs. We teach kids how to read, write, count, and speak in Japanese, as well as to know how to communicate using the American Sign Language.
For infants and toddlers who are not yet potty trained, we provide without extra charge to protect their sensitive skin. We can even help potty train your kids here at Sakura Daycare.
